The four versions are for different time periods during which the suicidal ideation and behavior happen, including Baesline/screening, Since Last Visit, Screening, Already Enrolled Subjects versions. For Since Last Visit version, since last visit should be specified in the variable, context type other. However, for Baseline/screening version, the time periods, past__months and lifetime should both be indicated for suicidal ideation; the time periods, past__years and lifetime should both be indicated for suicidal behavior. For Screening version, past__months should be indicated for suicidal ideation; past__years or lifetime should be indicated for suicidal hebavior. For Already Enrolled Subjects version, the time points, Prior to Study Entry: Time He/ She Felt Most Suicidal and Since Study Start should both be indicated for suicidal ideation and behavior.
