Guidelines/Instructions
This self-report measure assesses anger as an emotion for ages 18-85 using a computerized adapative test (CAT) format. No versions for other ages are available; however, a fixed length self-report form is available for ages 18-85 as a supplemental measure. Each item administered has a 5-point scale with options ranging from never to always. Higher scores are indicative of more feelings of anger (irritability, frustration).
Preferred Question Text
In the past 7 days: I felt like yelling at someone.
