Guidelines/Instructions
The NIH Toolbox Positive Peer Interactions Parent Report Short Form, a conceptual analogue to the NIH Toolbox Friendship Survey, is a parent-report measure for children ages 3-12. It is a 4-item fixed length survey that assesses how often a child plays with friends and gets along with peers. Each item administered has a 5-point scale with options ranging from never' toalways. Higher scores are indicative of more positive peer interactions.
