Guidelines/Instructions
The NIH Toolbox Peer Rejection Survey, an analogue to the NIH Toolbox Perceived Rejection Survey, is a parent-report measure for children ages 3-12. It is a 9-item fixed length form that assesses how often a child is left out, avoided or teased by peers. Each item administered has a 5-point scale with options ranging from never to always. Higher scores are indicative of greater peer rejection. For more information on scoring, please refer to the NIH Toolbox Scoring and Interpretation Manual: http://www.nihtoolbox.org/WhatAndWhy/Scoring%20Manual/NIH%20Toolbox%20Scoring%20and%20Interpretation%20Manual%209-27 12.pdf
