Guidelines/Instructions
TBI/TBIACUTE/TBIEPID/TBIMILD/TBIMOD: Balanced total score calculated by subtracting standard deviations (SD) of the subject's domain scores from the average total score. The Balanced Total Score can range from less than 0 (for persons with low levels of participation and greater variability across domains) to 5 (for those participating at the highest possible level across all 3 domains). The Balanced Total Score will usually be lower than the PART-O Averaged Total Score except when there is no variability in the domain scores. The greater the variability across domains, the greater will be the difference between the Averaged Total Score and the Balanced Total Score.
