Guidelines/Instructions
Responses to each items were scored 1( 'Not at all') to 5 ('Very'). QOLIBRI-OS Total score is calculated by summing all the 6 sub-scales (Cognition, Self, Daily Life and Autonomy, and Social Relationships, and feeling bothered by Emotions, and Physical Problems.). Responses to each item were scored 1 (Not at all) to 5 (Very) and them summed and the score mean is calculated. The QOLIBRI-OS score (maximum = 100) was calculated by computing the mean for the 6 items, provided no more than two responses were missing, and converting this to a percent score by subtracting one and then multiplying by 25. QOLIBRI-0S scores range from 0 to 100, with 0 representing the lowest possible health-related quality of life (HRQoL) in brain injury on the questionnaire and 100 the best possible HRQoL.( Lindsay Wilson et al, 2012) Age range 17-68.
