Guidelines/Instructions
One point is awarded to an element that is either misplaced or distorted. One-half point is awarded an element that is both misplaced and distorted. Zero points are awarded to missing elements. A single accuracy error should only be counted once. Elements which are distorted and/or misplaced relative to the figure as a whole, but which are drawn correctly relative to a distorted or misplaced element, are not penalized. Misplacement includes: a) An element connected to neighbouring elements incorrectly. b) An element connected to an element to which it should not be connected. c) An element drawn in the wrong location. d) An element shifted left/right or up/down the width or height of the figure. Unless otherwise noted below, the criteria is 10% of the figureýs width or height for configural elements (Rey elements 2-5) and 20% for other (detail) elements. e) Other criteria as defined in Specific Scoring Criteria Distortion includes: a) An element rotated more than 10 degrees from correct position. b) An element less than 90% or more than 110% correct size. c) An element incompletely drawn. d) An element with extraneous lines, dots, or marks. e) Circles or lines drawn where dots are correct. f) Lines drawn with noticeable curve or waviness. g) Other criteria as defined in Specific Scoring Criteria.
